3. Payment Terms

• All subscription fees and service charges are billed as agreed upon in the client dashboard.
• Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• Failure to process payments may result in the temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials, and required content to ensure the smooth delivery of digital services. Delays on the client's end may extend project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final deliverables (e.g., website source code, design assets) become the property of the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate licensing agreement. Pre-existing frameworks and tools used by ZROWEB remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZROWEB Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or any platform downtime.
